By accessing or using AI Analyst ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI Analyst provides AI-powered data analytics, including natural language to SQL translation, data visualization, code generation, and report creation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload. We do not claim any ownership over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to: upload data you do not have the right to use; use the Service for illegal purposes; attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer the Service; or use automated systems to overload the Service.
SQL queries, code, charts, and insights generated by the Service are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before making business decisions.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Analyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
